Calling India and Brazil

I am glad to say that both Rose’s Story and Horse Lord now available on India Amazon and Brazil – see links below.  I would love to hear from readers in India and Brazil to check that both the e-version and paperback service is working ok –  and any feedback on the stories is always welcome. I hope you enjoy them both.

What a week – thanks to everyone.

What a great week. Thanks to everyone for your kind words on my winning the Pride of Shropshire award – and listening to me on BBC Radio – quite a day.  Great fun. Everyone I met were really friendly.  Looking forward to seeing folks at the forthcoming library and schools event.

Hello to Oktoberfest 2015 – and new video launch – busy times

Hello and welcome to ‘The Week’ – this week I thought I would talk a little about what’s been going on with me – the past three weeks have been manic with press coverage, which has been amazing as I have been featured in online articles from America to Italy and in my local newspapers of Shropshire Star, Oswestry Advertiser and the Leader, who knows maybe some of the nationals soon! Dyslexia comes in many different forms – it can be reading delay, writing delay and typically spelling issues.  There is also the font ‘opendyslexic’  that might be worth a look. It won’t suit everyone (as nothing in life does) but it might be worth trying out.

Hello to ’The Week’ – this week I’m going to delve in to the world of books and, to put a finer point on it, being a writer. From my small grasp of it, writing is a delight! The ability to conjure up anything you want and pen it down is hugely liberating. Creating worlds we would love to go to and people we would like to meet, or even we wish we were. I think everyone should do it more often for themselves. The teaching of English in schools can be improved to have more creative writing in it. I appreciate that it is a difficult subject to teach but if we changed our approach to language and make it more individual, more exciting Continue reading The Week #16 15th March, 2015
