Full time writer (The Riders of the North series), entrepreneur, and social commentator - This is my site.

Introducing Rose – from humble beginnings she will rise to become a major force in the journey of The Riders of the North.

Rose is here, finally, a story of a young girl caught up in something much larger than her. Read the prequel to ‘The Games’ here. Rose’s story is the sister book to ‘The Horse Lord’.

Currently not in distribution – it is availabe within two story book The Kingdom.

I recommend picking up the Horse Lord too, if you haven’t already, to truly meet all of my assembled cast before ‘The Games’ arrives. Both books are independent of each other but together you have a good insight into the back story in advance of the publication of ‘The Games’.  Rose’s story is more about uncertainty and magic while the Horse Lord is more straight out fighting and adventure. So pick both up today you can get the Horse Lord on the Horse Lord page here.

Pause for Thought

Superb production by BBC ‘The Passing Bells’ – the final scene was beautifully done.  if you missed this drama I urge you to put some time aside and make a point of catching up on it – incredibly sad – ‘Doomed Youth’ as Wilfred Owen so clearly shared with us in his haunting verse.  The image in the final scene is one which will stay with you. It will certainly be in the forefront of my thoughts this week of Remembrance.

Promotion Time on Amazon

The Horse Lord will be on promotion in amazon.co.uk and amazon.com (USA) shortly. So, for a short time, you can get it at a discounted price.  If you already have your copy then do let friends know they can get it now, whilst the promotion is on.

Several have commented they are intrigued by Anemoi, the name is derived from Greek Wind Gods.  The description in the book conjures up an image such as the one shared here.  I hope you agree.
